At Kuchikoo Kids Wear, all products are carefully inspected and packed with hygiene and safety in mind before dispatch. Since our products are intended for children, we follow a strict quality and hygiene policy. We request customers to read this policy carefully before placing an order.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons including size or fitting issues, color or design variations, personal preference, or change of mind.
Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
Exchange Eligibility (Damaged Products Only)
Exchanges are permitted only in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition.
To be eligible for an exchange, the damage must be clearly visible. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. A valid unboxing video is mandatory as described below.
Mandatory Unboxing Video (Non-Negotiable)
To request an exchange, customers must provide a single, continuous, unedited 360-degree unboxing video.
The video must clearly show the sealed package, the opening of the package, and the damaged product inside.
Exchange requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Important Conditions
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, customers may choose another item of equal value.
Refunds are strictly not provided, even in cases of damage.
If there is any price difference for the replacement product, it must be settled by the customer.
Exchange / Replacement Procedure
Step 1: Contact Us
Customers must contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the order.

Step 2: Share Required Details
Please provide the Order ID, product name or a clear product photo, reason for exchange, and the mandatory unboxing video.
Step 3: Return Shipping
Once exchange approval is granted, the product must be securely packed in its original packaging and shipped back within 48 hours of approval.
Shipping should be done via India Post unless otherwise instructed.
Step 4: Quality Check
All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in resale-ready condition.
If the product is found to be used, damaged due to handling, or not in its original condition, the exchange request will be rejected.
In such cases, a ₹100 handling and inspection fee may be charged.
Final Decision
Kuchikoo Kids Wear reserves the right to accept or reject any exchange request after inspection. The decision of the brand shall be final and binding.
