Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via Email or WhatsApp.
Courier Services
We ship orders through trusted logistics partners including Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post.
The courier partner is selected based on serviceability and delivery efficiency for your location.
If you have a preferred courier partner, you may mention it in the order notes at checkout. While we will try to accommodate such requests, this cannot be guaranteed and will depend on availability.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary based on location, courier operations, and external factors.
Orders within Telangana are typically delivered within 2 to 3 business days.
Orders within South India, including Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Puducherry, are typically delivered within 4 to 5 business days.
Orders to West, Central, East, and North India are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
Orders to North-East India, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, and Lakshadweep may take approximately 7 to 10 business days.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details, including address and contact number, at the time of placing an order.
If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address details, incorrect contact information, or the recipient being unavailable, additional shipping charges will apply for re-dispatching the order.
